Derived from the word nicotine, this is a term for the nicotine rush that someone experiences from smoking cigarettes or vaping. Usually affects non-smokers or casual smokers that go long periods without consuming nicotine.

When one has a sudden head rush due to rapid nicotine ingestion. It's common to see in people who have recently started smoking or someone who is vaping at a particularly high level of nicotine.
