A New-Looker is pretty much self-explantory, it is a girl who lives in New look clothes. This doesnt include some of the cooler more unique clothes and shoes new-look stocks it is usually, a faded denim skirt, black or white pumps, a white t-shirt, black cropped cardigan and a long silver necklace with some kind of beading at the bottom. New-lookers listen to mild RnB music like Rihanna or Amerie.

Examples of new-lookers are all around you as they are just girls who dont want to stand out.

If someone wasn't liked before, but then now he is.

Sarah: Johnathan sure is ugly.

(Two weeks later he gets new gear and a line up.)

Sarah: Daaaamn! Johnathan looks good!
