The garbage that is a man (if they are indeed garbage) and or a woman who is the garbage for a man (if she is indeed garbage). An irrelevant person who makes ignorant decisions or makes flat out stupid comments. An insult toward a person who is lower than garbage. Also see fuckboy.

Eddie was offended when Andrea banged her fist on the table jokingly. He said "what is wrong with you!?" In a serious tone.
"Shut up, Eddie! You're man garbage!" Andrea replied.

Eddie said "you called me garbage!"
