La Da Dee is a song created and sang by a celebrities name i cant say, it was featured in the movie Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. It is also said as La Dee Da. La Da Dee/La Dee Da defines when everything is all happy and sweet. It makes you want to say la dee da because of how nice you feel. That's why it's called that. Used to express "what you are doing at the moment" - can be a state of mind- doing everything but what you should be doing, procrastination.
She was expected at the church bizzare to help set up tabels, but instead,she did the "la dee dah" ; she rearrangend the knick knacks on her dresser, cleaned the mirror in the bathroom, checked e-mail, and moved a table lamp from one side of the table to another....
