Prejudiced, caste, class, race, gender insensitive ways of continuous speaking. This word derives from the Sanskrit word Kokila, which means the Indian cuckoo. A kokilatic person speaks continuously and disturbs everyone around, like the chirping of an Indian cuckoo.
