An Acronym used for a cocktail of drugs that you mix together at the end of a night out. Can contain anything from Ketamine, Xanax, Cocaine, Speed, MDMA etc. The list goes on

“Hey Lucas, did you save that last bit of K you had for the KBL later on?”
