To Jacuzzi a bowl of cereal, while someone is mid breakfast, you grab their bowl and fart into it with so much pressure that the milk begins to froth with bubbles.

Best executed on a hangover or during someone's last bowl of cereal to ruin their day.

Jake is mid way through his last bowl of cereal from the packet, and James walk into the kitchen with a stinking hangover, says 'morning jake' and farts directly into his cereal creating a stream of bubbles that overflow the bowl creating the Jacuzzi effect. Jake throws the bowl against the wall, punches James in the balls and goes back to bad sad and hungry.
