An ode to the legendary hockey player Bill Guerin. When someone mentions the term "It's Bill", it refers to something that is so absolute to happen that the outcome is guaranteed.

The Bill's are going to lose to the Patriots this weekend . Trust me, "It's Bill."

Bill Tuperia is the best that any one given thing can be in a given category. When something is described as "no Bill Tuperia", then it is not seen as the greatest example of said thing.

I had a meal at that new Italian place in town. It was good but it's no Bill Tuperia.
