A phrase used when you can see dark clouds in the distance, esp. in summer.

Used in North West England, and possibly other places as well.
"Nice clear sky, isn't it?"

"It's a bit black over Bill's mother's though."

It's no Bill Tuperia 

Bill Tuperia is the best that any one given thing can be in a given category. When something is described as "no Bill Tuperia", then it is not seen as the greatest example of said thing.
I had a meal at that new Italian place in town. It was good but it's no Bill Tuperia.

When country folk refer to a country mile it is considerd to be round 10 miles per country mile..ish...we boonfolk dont really consider distance
