Incognitiëren

Letting your beer stand for so long without drinking, that it losses all the foam. Also known as dead beer. This phenomenon usually occurs when large amounts of beer are being ordered.

(This is a Dutch word so the example will be in dutch)
"Kijk! Hij heeft z'n bier net laten incognitiëren."
"Staat daar nou geincognitieerd bier?"
"Is dat bier nou geincognitieerd?"
