“Ice picker” refers to a girl who wears deceiving clothes to make herself look hot/sexy, but really has no curves. It is similar to a grenade but she purposely hides her ugliness.

“Dude there are so many ice pickers at this school!”
“Yea dude. They just wear poofed out skirts that make their ass look big”
