I'll keep

verb - To "keep" in this sense is the same as saying "I'm ok" or "I will be fine." It can be used in question form that would provoke such an answer as well.

This is first seen (as far as my research can tell) in page 6 of Penny Arcade's 'Automata'. The reader, form this implication, can be lead to believe that this term is specific only to robots ie automat, in the context of the story.
Yeah, I'll keep. I'm fine.

I'll keep my eye out for you

the cheapest sex trev could find was One-eyed-Hilda who would charge him 50p for a quickie in the old eye-socket.
"'bye trev" cackled the old girl "I'll keep my eye out for you."

keep my mum out of this and I'll keep this out of ya mum

The only real comeback to ya mum that isn't whining about how infantile your insulter is. We can only assume what is meant by 'this'.
Scenario 1-boring, slightly civilised

Tony: What are you doing tonight?
Gordon: ya mum!
Tony: Now do we really have to resort to this childishness?
Gordon: Does ya mum have to resort to childishness?

Scenario 2- Childish, good

Tony: What are you doing tonight?
Gordon: ya mum!
Tony: keep my mum out of this and I'll keep this out of ya mum
Gordon: Yes, master.

keep my mum out of this and I'll keep this out of ya mum

The ONLY retort against a mom diss.
"If I wanted some cum back I'd get it off your mom's chin"

"Keep my mum out of this and I'll keep out of your mum!"

Note: Using this retort still means you're getting owned

The grindset is a contemporary ideology of self-exploitation disguised as strength, deeply tied to the aesthetics of the “sigma male” and to new digital forms of patriarchy. It promotes the idea that human worth depends on productivity, economic success, absolute emotional control, and the ability to work endlessly, turning vulnerability, rest, community, and tenderness into signs of weakness. Beneath its rhetoric of discipline and power often lies a profound inability to relate healthily to pain, fragility, and human interdependence.
“That’s the grindset, brother. While weak men sleep and complain, sigma males stay disciplined, work in silence, suppress emotions, and build power while everyone else wastes time chasing comfort.”
