A term that means chillin while buzzed or just being buzzed.

Joe 1: Hey man what you doin?
Joe 2: Just hangin loose you know.
Joe 1: Well you still good for drivin i want in-my parents are in maine for the fuckin weekend!
Joe 2: Nah but i will be in an hour or two-ill give you a ride if you supply sum more beer!

Chillin while buzzed; buzzed; can be used while really drunk but by someone who doesnt realize it.
