The state of being cheap and effective in cost at the same time. Essentially the same as being a Guju (one of those from the indian line of stringiness) and a jew, known for their cheapness and ruthfulness in finding a cheaper cost.
Damn! you're so gujew that you pick up pennies everywhere, but won't spend them so you can save them!
