Noun: Someone who is so grimey that the adjective alone fails to describe the amount of people they get with. The sheer amount of people they have hooked up with is not really concieveable and the person will habitually lie about their "number". Sometimes saying "I don't Like people knowing my shit ".

Person 1: Dude, Im thinking about getting with Petunia
Person 2: Nah man, that bitch is a grimesicle
Person 1: Did you just seriously use the word Grimesicle?
Person 2: Yes
