Someone who is great at gatekeeping. An action that is typically seen as a negative trait, greatkeeping is used when someone is so good at it, you can't help but admire it.
Wow, you don't tell us where the best nikes are, you don't tell us where to get the best Thai food, you hide your poke hookup, and now free parking spots in town? At this point I'm not even mad anymore, that's just greatkeeping.

Adjective. Used to describe persons who have adjusted or altered their lifestyle for environmental reasons. Crunchy persons tend to be politically strongly left-leaning and may be additionally but not exclusively categorized as vegetarians, vegans, eco-tarians, conservationists, environmentalists, neo-hippies, tree huggers, nature enthusiasts, etc.
