Food from an urban Chinese takeout.

Characterized by fast, cheap, and sometimes good Chinese food. In dangerous parts, there may be inch thick plexiglass barricades separating kitchen and diner, with a turnstyle for exchanging food and money.

Properly pronounced: get'O Chi-nee; e.g., Chi-nee foo.
I'm sort of broke, and pretty hungry - I think I'll go to Lam's and pick up some ghetto Chinese.

Super greasy, fast food Chinese. Usually served to go in a brown paper bag that will have a grease spot on the bottom in a few minutes.
I had to put my ghetto Chinese on the floorboard of my car because grease dripping out the bag.
