used to describe something that is awesome. like really awesome. usually referring to music, this phrase should be used when any other word simply won't fit.

however, it can also be used to describe anything else that is fucking groovy.

Teresa: we are so fucking groovy to tell other people about fucking groovy. like seriously.

Rachel: we are the fucking grooviest.
