Foob being a combination of food and boob, the Foob Theorum is the idea that when a girl wears a low-cut top food will always fall between her boobs when trying to eat.

A person who is a fan of a noob. A person is a fan of someone's work or gaming skills thinking they are a pro without realizing that the person they are a fan of is not actually a pro but a noob (newbie).
