Billy and bob give the exact same answers, one gets a 97%, the other gets a 82%. That's favouritism.

When a teacher gives more attention to a particular student because they see more potential or they favour them generally infront of a class especially.

She cheated on the test but she got a way with it because of favouritism.

Favouritism

A very biased behavior where a person who is likely highest-in-command treats a person unfairly, apparently or sometimes regardless of reputation, etc. Imagine a person getting a promotion in a certain workplace/workshop for being a favourite.

#1: Hey #2. Since you are my favourite, how about I put you in a higher position?
#2. Oh, thanks!
#3: #1, Don't you think that's favouritism?

When two people do the same thing, but one gets away with it and the other one doesn't. The one that gets away with it is in the favoritism click, and the one that does not is not in the click.

Bobby threw a book at the boss, and everyone laughed including the boss. Then, Betty thought this was funny so she threw her book at the boss, and everyone looked appauled, and the boss fired her.

"Hey - let's go get some lunch guys."

You're wife is a Chinese woman who owns an American cheeseburger stand, and we don't like you. You're elevator may go all the way to the top, but your taste in woman lies somewhere between a grilled cheese dipped in cement and a chocolate covered radish. pizza favoritism

The act of studying a shared pizza pie to ensure that you inherit the larger of the inevitably, unevenly-sliced options.

A careful exercise in patience and timing is necessary to acquire the biggest, most appealing slice available at that time.

(Slippery) Pete demonstrated "pizza favoritism" when he took an extra long gulp of soda as he noticed his friend

was ready for another slice too. This bought him enough time to have his friend take the ghetto slice with one peperoni on it

and gave Pete the opportunity to swoop in for the next in line money slice.
