The seperation of the fibers of something. Most commonly used to describe what happens to a Cannabis stem after prolonged chewing.

I chewed the dank Chronic stem until it started to Fibrate in my mouth.

fabulously outrageous!

pronounced: "fab-rageous" for extra emphasis

OR "fabrageous" for general usage

1) Girl, leopard print on you is fabrageous! Rock it baby! I love it girlfriend!
