A three sided figure with equal dimensions.

It sides are usually marked with ticks to represent the perfect equality it represents.

equilateral love triangle 

A unique modification of a love triangle involving three partners that all love the other two equally.

Due to the fact that there are only two genders (usually), this must involve at least two bi/gay people to be truly equilateral. However, it's possible for three of the same gender to work, or for all three to be bisexual.

Often due to taking on too many side tasks that you thought you could squeeze in, with all that extra time you gave yourself.
I woke up an hour earlier than usual and still didn't make it on time. I guess I just reached equilatebrium.
