When you know you owe a friend a hello, but you don't have alot of time to stop and chat.

"Hey, have you seen Debbie lately?"
"Well, I pulled a drive-by hi yesterday"
"That's not enough time to soak in her awesomeness!"
"Yeah, but I was late to court"

When someone walks or runs by, saying hi and then bye while doing so.

"HI John, bye John!"

"Nice drive-by hi"

Hillbilly Drive By

Action-Someone walks by or behind you and lets out a silent Fart as they quickly pass by. Usually performed in the work place, cubicle environment.

working in a cubicle when the foulest stench snuck up and slapps a person in the face. Realizing someone has just performed the dreaded Hillbilly Drive By.
