Noun. It is a synonym to burnout, created to sound more like the feeling felt in burnout. First appearing in Shen's webcomic "Bluechair", he states "They need to call it something less cool" when talking about the word 'burnout'. In the next panel he throws out the word and in the last panel shows how it sounds more like how it feels.
