A portmanteau of Disaster and Aspirational.
As in someone who aspires to things that are going to go very wrong.

"Sally is so disaspirational about finding a guy. She is keeps thinking that she will meet a nice guy in bars."
Or "Heather keeps trying to be a graphic designer, she is really disaspirational about her design skills."
