When you totally rely on internet search engines such as Google to gain your answers or to search for legalities or medical information, (which is more than likely NOT factual), instead of reading and actual book from a library or some such building containing relevant books.
He went to his doctor because he had read something on the internet about his illness. The doctor said he was incorrect in his research because he had been DELEXICONED by the internet.
