Dangerously Horny 

The intense urge to have sex that comes from being barred from sex for a social or situational reasons...but still wanting it. Or being so horny that you would be willing to take measures or actions that would have previously been sexually preposterous.

Examples for Dangerously horny could be when you and your significant other go to two different universities and can't get it on until breaks and the stress from school and being horny becomes a force to be reckoned with.
