A gesture meant to show off your swagger. Described as being like sneezing. Can be preformed by lifting ones elbow and lowering ones face until there is about an inch and a quarter between ones face and ones arm, as well as raising ones other arm to be on a plane slightly higher and further back then it would be if it was lifted perpendicular to ones body.

The illness causes the affected to lift their right arm up to their forehead, not unlike blocking out the sun, while extending their left arm to the right of themselves.
