Dabbus cancerious (n.) An uncurable illness, most affecting young children and teenagers and, in extreme(ly sad) cases adults. The illness causes the affected to lift their right arm up to their forehead, not unlike blocking out the sun, while extending their left arm to the right of themselves. This illness is seemed as mental by the Societal Peer Advertisement of Memes group (SPAM).
