Non-Committal Grunt

A short, indifferent-sounding grunt whose meaning far exceeds the audible expression.

The non-committal grunt is neither a refusal nor agreement; rather, it prompts continuation of the conversation without exposing your position. It can also be used in lieu of the Yup, especially those cases where you want to avoid inadvertent agreement.

Can be employed as a more politically correct version of whatever or pfft.

When deploying the non-committal grunt, one must understand that they are stating the following:
“I hear you and acknowledge that you have stated your position and are expecting a reply before continuing; however, at this juncture I am not committing to subscribing to your point of view.”
“Lol, the chick was going on & on so I tuned her out, and after a while I realized that she was looking for some type of response so I just gave her a non-committal grunt & she kept yapping - that worked just fine
“You are the man!”

commitaphobe

Commitasaurus Rex

A Commitasaurus Rex is someone who is exceedingly devoted to something which they are passionate about.
Guy 1: "Dud you wanna go to the movie tonight"

Guy 2: "No, I can't, I'm a Commitasaurus Rex to my art."

Commical

When something is added up incorrectly but you see the funny side of it or you are not really surprised as you had no trust in the company/organization.
"Did you see the poll results? They counted them up incorrectly"
"That's so commical"

commitation

Commit messages to a VCS that serve as (likely the only form of) documentation. Code comments are sometimes sources of amusing rants, but commit messages are usually comedy gold. (for nerds)
There isn't any documentation but the commitation is excellent. You probably won't need much else to get the code running.

Committal B

Committal Bangs - substantial and defined hair bangs/fringe

(Opposite of Non-Committal Bangs) according to a certain Long Island stylist. They 'commit' to being bangs, they do not blend in with the rest of your hair, and they contain more than 5 strands of cut hair.
I just got my Committal B's cut.
