In Spanish, "Hablando por los codos" means to talk your ass off. Similarly, a literal translation is "talking for the elbows."

Another similar expression is "de los mil carcajadas."
In this it is meant to convey that something is of 1,000 laughs. See in example 2a)

Orale pues...esto cabrón fue chistando por los codos.

This is going to be one of the weirdest people you will ever meet. You will find that they always say that there good at coding but fail at it, That is if its not "Roblox"... Another weird fact is that they will most often hit on the same gender but than date the opposite gender?! Don't ask them why...
