The name of a band that plays trock (Timelord Rock.) This style of music may be more understandable to those who do not immediately understand the reference in the name by saying simply that the lyrics are about the British show, Doctor Who. The five members of the band (Charlie Mcdonnell/charlieissocoollike, Alex Day/nerimon, Liam Dryden/littleradge, EddPlant, and Michael Aranda) are all popular youtubers with large fan bases. There had been quite a bit of confusion about who actually is in the band which has recently been resolved by a video uploaded on Charlie's channel explaining the working of Chameleon Circuit.
With the knowledge that the content is about Doctor Who, some viewers that disliked the show were hesitant about the album, but because the members are musically talented, it can be enjoyed by anyone who likes decent music, but if you do like Doctor Who, it is cool to hear the references in the songs.
Altogether, it is simply a brilliant band with excellent music who now has two albums, their namesake and Still Got Legs.

Cirucit bending is a process of modifying electronic devices to make sounds they were not originally intended to make.
Q.Reed Ghazala coined the term in the 90's but discovered the idea in the late 60's when a small transistor radio short circuited in his junk drawer and made synthesizer type sounds.
Truly any electronic devices from a pocket calculator to AC motor can be circuit bent to make sounds but th emost popular targets are children's toys like the infamous Texas Instruments Speak & Spell as seen in ET or the low budget Casio SK-1 sampling keyboard.

A gay man who attends circuit parties on a regular basis. It is usually a very expensive endeavor, since tickets to the parties are generally around $100 per event, and circuit parties usually take place on three to five consecutive nights in the the same city. The term often has a negative connotation.
He's getting to be such a circuit boy! He's been to three circuit parties this month! I don't know where he gets the money, or how he holds down his job -- he can't go into work sketchy every Monday!
