A person who is able to organise quality marijuana (usually a drug dealer) commonly referred to as chronic.

When one is sitting in a room or a car or any other confined space while others are smoking weed, however, said person does not actually take a “hit” off the pipe. As a result of being around so much smoke in a confined area one gets high (see tron, chron’d, chron, or trinitron) just from being in contact with said cloud of smoke.
