When a person has so much food in their mouth, their cheeks are puffed out making them look like a chipmunk.

"I would have tried a bite of your food, but I already had chipmunk face when you offered."

Chipmunkacephalic

A medical condition characterize by a shortened face, somewhat resembling the north American rodent of the genus Tamias in the family Sciridae. This defect is though to be brought on by allergic reactions to acorns during the gestational period of the mother.

That poor deformed man is suffering from Chipmunkacephalic. He looks like Alvin from Alvin and the Chipmonks.
