A village in New York. They have a school where most of the girls are bitches and whores (see bitches and whores, def.2) and the guys are pretty much half-decent most of the time. It tends to be cold and depressing in Carthage, esp. in the wintertime. The Carthage Comets suck ass and are hated by the Watertown Cyclones.
