The act of running at full speed while wearing flip flops to address a matter of disrespect physically. Depending on the skill and overall level of hands the sprinter has, flip flops will usually fall off for younger children of eastern Carolina; adult goons are capable of keeping flip flops on at running speeds of up to 20 MPH. Mountain Dew and Dr. pepper consumption have been known to vary the effectiveness of a sprint.
