Brides who restrict their caloric intake leading up to the wedding, in order to lose weight and be skinny for the big day. This condition also motivates the bride to restrict the caloric intake of her bridal party.

My sister's briderexia was running the show as she ordered celery sticks for dinner and only let me finish half of my chicken sandwich.
