Braindrizzle 

A group of unmotivated or un-enthusiastic people who work together to produce ideas.

Similar to a brainstorm but with a much lower output and productivity.

A: "We should sit down and brainstorm the initial ideas for this project."

B: "After the night I had it's more likely to be a braindrizzle"

Gangster person that isn't necessarily the true definition of "Gangster". It literally means a cool, down-to-earth person.
