can be shortened to BRC. it’s a subgenre of hardcore, mostly associated with the grindcore, deathcore, and powerviolence sound, with a fairly degraded production quality due to the hashed minds of the artists. music made right after hitting a fat bongrip without much thought process nor a sense of structure to the songs being made, just jamming through a good trip. music where you can tell it was produced by people greening out and just got off of a CS2 match. basically, it’s the exact opposite situation of straight edge.
