The act of propositioning a woman (usually your/someone elses mother) for a bit of bitty via the medium of telephone.
Jeff: "But mum, I want bitty"
Mother: "C'mon Jeff, you had bitty this morning"
Jeff: "I want bitty now!"
Mother: "Quit bitty calling me!"
