As an adjective, BHBM (butt hurt butt munch) is someone who is so butt hurt that "butt hurt" doesn't do them the justice of making fun of them. Instead, you can use BHBM.
You: "Bob was being such a huge bhbm today."
Your friend: "Yeah, he really was! What a bhbm."
Bob: "What? No >:("
Your friend: "Yeah, he really was! What a bhbm."
Bob: "What? No >:("
