baltic tea

Baltic Tea is a drink, a cocktail, mentioned in Victor Pelevin's book "Chapayev and Void". The cocktail is made of a glass of vodka and two teaspoons of cocaine.
Supposedly it was consumed by soviet navy soldiers resided in the ship Aurora, which was cruising the Baltic Sea. Therefore the cocktail is named Baltic Tea.
