A crude yet ironically witty insult by a now banned forum member (volke) on the Taleworlds forum, for the game Mount&Blade.
This rapidly spread through the forum, aided by several people adding it to their signature. Due to the popularity of this insult, it evolved into a meme. See the other variations.
