allateral

Pertaining to an agreement, decision, or action that involves and includes all possible parties, groups, or nations without exception. Unlike unilateral (involving one party), bilateral (involving two parties), or multilateral (involving more than two parties but not necessarily all), an allateral approach ensures that every relevant entity is involved in the process, leaving no one excluded.

"In an effort to prevent any future conflicts, the world peace accord was designed to be allateral, including every faction and stakeholder on the planet."
