When you realize part-way through an argument that you are actually both arguing the same point.
person a: No, there are 72 original episodes of Star Trek!
person b: No, because the pilot was a two parter!
person a: Yeah, and two parters count as one episode!
person b: But the pilot didn't get spit up into two parts until later, so that means that there were originally only 72!
person a: No! .......Wait, that's what I said.
person b: Huh?
person a: We're agree fighting again.

What someone says when they want to end an argument, essentially concluding that both parties think they are right and that they will get nowhere in arguing.
Guy: It doesn't matter what a judge's background or opinion is when he/she is making a decision.
Girl: But what they believe has a huge effect on the verdict; nothing is objective!
Guy: But to be a judge you must be impartial.
Girl: Aaaah, you just don't get it.
Guy: Can't we just agree to disagree? This argument is really petty. We both seem to be set in our argument.

On the internet, the two magic gateway words to porn.

Clicking a button or link that says "I agree" will let you enter a porn website under whatever conditions that you have "agreed" to (e.g. you are 18 or older).

It is supposed to be a deterrent to prevent minors from accessing pornography, often using scary-sounding words like "attest" and "perjury". But, like in the example below, it's rarely effective.
Mistress Victoria's Totally Kinky Bondage Site: "By clicking 'I agree' below, you hereby attest under penalty of perjury that you are at least 18 years of age or older, or that you are of the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that pornography is legal in your area, and that you are not offended by hot kinky femdom porn, and that it is not considered obscene in your area, and that ...

16-year-old: "Yeah, yeah whatever. So if I click 'I agree' I get in right? Sweet!..." (Clicks on button)
