action item

A method of assigning responsibility, usually within a business organization. Typically fails to produce the desired outcome. Deferral of responsibility or making up excuses can typically deflect most action items.

Why havn't we closed these action items yet people?

series of actionable items

I'm not sure what it is, but it definitely isn't a plan.

We had no plan from the previous administration. They simply gave us a series of actionable items.
