Zalpha

The Generation of kids born between 2006 and 2010. They have no internet experience from the 2000s and are children of the 2010s. They are a subset of generation Z, coming right before generation Alpha. Despite having a closer life to Gen Z, they have some common interests as generation Alpha.

The only normal people of gen alpha. They are in the cusp of Gen Z and Gen Alpha since there are a lot of debates whether gen alpha starts in 2010 or 2013. They are the last sane people in the world that aren’t cringe and don’t watch brainrot content.

A zalpha is a specific person who was born around 2010 - 2013 that doesn't refer to themselves as a Gen Alpha, nor a Gen Z. They're stuck, confused about which generation they are in. Because of this, they'd call themselves a zalpha, which is a combination.

I consider myself a zalpha due to the fact that I'm stuck in figuring out what generation I am in.

Often defined as 2009-2013, this cusp bridges Gen Z (1997-2012) and Gen Alpha (2010-2024). People born within these years feel too old for Gen Alpha and too young for Gen Z.

Key traits:

-They experienced the COVID-19 Pandemic as children.
-They don’t remember a time before smartphones existed
-They remember a time before AI but grew up during the midst of its boom.
