A "Yoint" is a thin cylinder of finely cut tobacco rolled in long papes and smoked with normal cigarette filters.

Usually used as a placeholder for smoking while the joint get passed around the group.

*Guy A passes the joint to guy B*
Guy B: "Thanks, take my Yoint"
