Yent Wee is a term commonly used on Tumblr in the more 'amusement and humour' side of bloggers.

It's true meaning is unknown but it is confirmed to have originated from a facebook post years ago by a teenage girl.

The word is mostly used as an exclamation or acknowledgement but can also be used a derogatory term.

person1: wow look at that yent wee over there, ew.

person1: /joined facebook/
person2: /comment/ yent wee

person1: wtf d'you think you're doin omg get outta ma face jfc yent wee
