(n.) Woo Girl can also be a derogative term when used in context of single women over 35 who are coquettishly over-excited shouting woo at every moment or conversation they find amusing or titallating which most single women are nonplussed; or women who use online status to shamelessly write (in adolescent tone) about their woo woo moments, as it validates them. When used to refer to women over 35, conveys they are superficially fun and may be genuinely nice, yet lack depth and possess vapid, lonely personalities who have lived a unfulfilling adult life to date and thereby attempt to act as a newly minted college grad. Unfortunately, they commit TMI in the process and overdo it with the woo wooing. As in the episode from "How I Met Your Mother," woo girls hide the fact they "cry in the shower...are secretly attracted to other women...wonders if they'll be a mom" etc. May be a indirect way of attracting men who are social retards.
Example 1 Woo Girl Verbal: Girl 1- "He's hot, I gave eye contact and he looked my way." Woo Girl and friends chime, "wooooo!!!! let's take a drink!" (as its a victory, even though she has not gotten any digits from hot guy passing by and sees him meeting with another woman later).
Example 2 Woo Girl verbal: It's my life and I ain't gonna live forever.. wooooooo!!!
Example 3 Woo Girl verbal: I got a discount at the restaurant with a coupon and saved 15%. Wooooooooo!!!!!!
Example 4 Woo Girl Written: Had a great day today. Things are going my way this week!!!! Wooooo!!!!
Example 5 Woo Girl Written: Went shopping for unmentionables today at Victoria's Secret wink wink wooooooooooooo!!!!!

A Woo Girl is one of those freshman college girls who runs with a pack of other freshman college girls. At 3:00 am on any given weekday morning she can be heard through a sliding glass door, ten stories up, in Five Points in Columbia, SC, (or possibly any other college town) drunk as a coot and yelling "WOO!" over and over again and it wakes you up and makes you angry because you have to work in the morning or you have an 8:00 am class.
The college student was out of his mind and he failed his calculus test because he did not get enough sleep the night before; his sleep was interrupted by a Woo Girl.
