Willie Lump Lump originated in the children's book The Legend Of Willie Lump Lump. In the book Willie Lump Lump was shrunk to miniature size when he fell in some goo. The term was popularized when a reference to "Ending up like Willie Lump Lump" was made in the 1993 film Menace II Society. Since the film the term has had different meanings over the years among different people in different areas.
